There really is something for everyone!About the roleBehind every great guest experience is a team that keeps everything running smoothly - and that's where you come in. As our Resort Administration Assistant, you'll provide essential admin support for the teams that make things happen across the resort, from Maintenance and Action Glen to our Riding Centre and more.You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day admin tasks, helping to coordinate schedules, organise paperwork, and keep everything on track so our resort runs like clockwork. If you're organised, approachable, and like working in a role where no two days are the same, this could be the perfect fit.This role is offered on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with potential to transition to a permanent position.What we're looking forGreat organisational skills and attention to detail - you'll keep our busy resort teams on track.Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and comfortable learning new systems.A proactive communicator who enjoys working with different teams.Someone who thrives on variety - you'll be supporting a range of activities across the resort.Flexibility and a positive attitude - you're happy to pitch in where needed.What you'll be doingProviding admin support for the resort team, including scheduling, filing, and reporting.Managing communications between departments and ensuring information is shared clearly.Supporting coordination of maintenance tasks, Action Glen activities, and riding centre operations.Helping ensure health & safety checks and compliance records are up to date.Handling day-to-day queries and being a helpful point of contact for colleagues.What you'll get from us
