Haematology and Biochemistry are seeking an enthusiastic Support Secretary to join the team.The role will assist the Haematology secretarial team in the provision of administrative duties, aiming to deliver a high quality service.***Please note that applications from temporary workers who have been engaged with the Trust for a minimum of 3 months are welcome.***Main duties of the jobSupport in the preparation of patient notes for outpatient clinicsSort and file patient related correspondence in line with Trust policiesProvide support for booking outpatient appointmentsAnswer telephone calls and deal with enquiriesProvide audio typing support during periods of annual leave or sicknessAbout usWe are a people business - where every member of staff matters and can make a difference.
