- Identify new business opportunities through various means, including digital and non-digital channels.
- Analyse target markets and business profiles to identify key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Qualify inbound leads and filter potential clients based on specific criteria relevant to hosting, cybersecurity, and cloud services.
- Build and strengthen key customer and partner relationships.
- Re-contract existing, lapsed and new customers to secure new/additional business and increase value.
- Keep producing a constant flow of outbound sales activity.
- Developing and managing sales campaigns.
- Ensure sales targets are met.
- Have a proven background in telesales, being responsible for prospecting cold leads & clients over the phone or email.
- Ability to pitch & present the full product offering either over the phone.
- Good knowledge of the sales process, from lead generation to completion of a deal.
- Be comfortable within a role where you will be building your own pipeline, to eventually account manage your own client base.
- Have a desire or passion for IT, wanting to build a career within the IT industry.
- Be a self-starter, having the ability and drive to work independently.
- Ideally, having some experience or knowledge of IT/Software solutions (however, for the right individual this can be taught)
- Office-based (Salford near Mediacity), Mon-Fri, 9am-5:30pm (early finish on a Friday)
- Salary upto £32,000 basic, £45,000 OTE
