- Develop, manage, and optimise user acquisition and retargeting campaigns across paid social (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads) and ad networks (e.g. Moloco, Quantcast, Adikteev).
- Lead performance-driven creative testing, using insights and analysis to improve campaign impact and efficiency.
- Present weekly campaign results and actionable recommendations to stakeholders across marketing, product, and leadership.
- Utilise data from attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer, Singular, Gamesight, and Google Analytics to drive continual improvements in campaign strategy.
- Build detailed audience segments and customised targeting strategies to enhance user acquisition and re-engagement performance.
- Craft comprehensive creative briefs and collaborate with internal and external teams on the production of marketing assets.
- Own the development and execution of App Store Optimisation (ASO) strategies, using tools like AppTweak to research trends, monitor competitors, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Support both live and upcoming titles across platforms by identifying key market opportunities through rigorous data analysis.
- Proven experience in user acquisition or paid media buying, in the video and/or mobile games industry.
- Hands-on experience with major ad platforms and marketing channels including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and DSPs.
- Proficiency with attribution tools such as AppsFlyer, Singular, Gamesight, and Google Analytics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, metrics-based environment with autonomy and accountability.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders.
