
Email Marketing Manager

- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns supporting product lifecycles, promotions, and customer engagement.
- Own the end-to-end email marketing process: strategy, segmentation, copywriting, design coordination, testing, deployment, and performance analysis.
- Manage and optimize CRM workflows to enhance player lifecycle engagement and retention.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Web Developers and other teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
- Monitor campaign performance and report on KPIs including open rates, CTR, conversion, and ROI feeding into wider user journey analysis.
- Maintain and grow email subscriber lists in compliance with GDPR and other data privacy regulations.
- Conduct A/B testing and apply insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up to date with email marketing trends, tools, and best practices in the gaming industry.
- Proven experience in email marketing, ideally within video games, entertainment, or tech sectors.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and customer segmentation strategies.
- Experience with email marketing platforms - HubSpot experience is highly advantageous.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a flair for engaging, player-centric messaging.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting campaign data and generating actionable insights.
- Knowledge of GDPR and email compliance standards.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for video games and understanding of gaming communities.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email formatting.
- Experience in a dedicated email marketing or CRM role.
- HubSpot certification or demonstrable experience using HubSpot for campaign management.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile marketing environment.
