- Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
- Support procurement, tendering, and contract negotiations
- Administer contracts (JCT/NEC) and manage commercial risk
- Conduct valuations, manage change control, and assess variations
- Provide cost advice and value engineering input at key project stages
- Prepare and settle final accounts
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- MRICS qualified or actively working towards chartership
- Proficient in pre- and post-contract cost management
- Strong understanding of UK construction contracts and procurement
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
