Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and we support continuous learning, growth, and opportunity at every career stage.ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in the delivery of construction and infrastructure projects, supporting cost control, procurement, and commercial decision-making from concept to completion. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
  • Support procurement, tendering, and contract negotiations
  • Administer contracts (JCT/NEC) and manage commercial risk
  • Conduct valuations, manage change control, and assess variations
  • Provide cost advice and value engineering input at key project stages
  • Prepare and settle final accounts
REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • MRICS qualified or actively working towards chartership
  • Proficient in pre- and post-contract cost management
  • Strong understanding of UK construction contracts and procurement
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • A team player with a proactive, client-focused mindset
