Excel Recruitment is looking for a fantastic Chef de Partie, to work within our clients beautiful Belfast Luxury Hotel, creating beautiful Al la Carte dining for their international guests.This is a game changing opportunity for the Chef who wants to take the next big step in their career working within beautiful surrounding working with & creating some of the finest cuisine available in Belfast.Requirements:
  • Previous experience in fine dining restaurants
  • A passion for the art of cooking and team spirit
  • A keen eye for detail and imagination
  • Knowledge of all food safety, allergens & health & safety guidelines.
  • Positive & high energy attitude
  • Ability to work a flexible rota of 5 days out of 7.
Responsibilities:
  • Working in a low volume high quality kitchen
  • Ensuring all health & safety procedures are always followed
  • Daily producing food of the highest quality
  • Utilising your strong technical skills to continually improve the menu & kitchen
  • Keen eye for consistency and detail
