Contract: Full-time, permanentAbout UsEndoline Machinery Ltd is a leading UK manufacturer of case erectors, case packers, case sealers, and palletising systems, trusted by companies worldwide for high-quality automation solutions.We are now seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our growing team. This is a vital role, working directly with our customers to install, maintain, and service Endoline machinery, ensuring it continues to perform to the highest standards.The RoleAs a Service Engineer, you will play a key part in supporting our customers across the UK and occasionally overseas. You’ll be responsible for installation, servicing, fault diagnosis, and repairs of Endoline equipment, delivering exceptional customer service at every step.Your key responsibilities will include:
- Installing new machinery at customer sites, carrying out training, and completing handover sign-offs.
- Servicing and refurbishing existing machines, replacing worn components to keep systems running at their best.
- Attending customer breakdowns, fault diagnosing both mechanically and electrically to resolve issues quickly.
- Working with our in-house Design & Test Engineers to solve more complex technical challenges.
- Surveying equipment for full service work and supporting the sales team with technical insights for quotations.
- Building strong customer relationships by delivering a professional, proactive, and reliable service.
- Previous experience in a field service or engineering role with direct customer interaction.
- An engineering qualification (desirable) – but we also welcome applications from candidates qualified by experience.
- Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A professional, presentable, and customer-focused attitude.
- A full UK driving licence.
