- Deliver high-quality, on-time servicing for our contract maintenance customers — always aligned with Munters’ vision and top safety standards.
- Diagnose issues and replace spare components to keep our customers’ equipment running at peak performance.
- Carry out precise airflow measurements and performance checks, following our proven company procedures.
- Ensure each job meets the agreed scope of work and timelines outlined in customer quotations.
- Commission and set up Munters equipment, making sure everything works flawlessly from day one.
- Create clear, detailed service reports daily, keeping our After Sales Support team fully informed.
- Complete Health & Safety documentation for every site visit and share it promptly with the team.
- Spot opportunities for additional servicing work with both new and long-standing customers.
- Represent Munters with professionalism — from your appearance to your customer interactions — as the go-to humidity expert.
- Support colleagues in other regions when needed, ensuring our customers always receive the best service.
- Take ownership of customer relationships in your region, maximizing your time on-site.
- Keep an eye on the competition and share insights with the team.
- Be an active, positive team player, contributing to shared success.
- Continue building your expertise through training, mentoring, and on-the-job learning, keeping all certifications current.
- Minimum of three years’ field servicing experience with engineering capital equipment (E).
- Proficient computer skills, including Word, Excel, Lotus, and relevant application software.
- Knowledge of the HVAC industry is advantageous.
- Proven ability to accurately diagnose faults in electrical and mechanical components of engineered capital equipment, with clear assessment of failure size, impact, and required remedial action.
- Familiarity with reporting techniques to provide regular servicing activity updates to the After Sales Support Team within the assigned geographic region.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in calculating airflow and moisture content measurements.
- Strong working knowledge of air handling techniques.
- Experience in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring repeat business through trust and service quality.
- HNC/HND or higher in a relevant engineering discipline
