- We are looking for a Lead Cleaning Technician to join our Manufacturing Team!
- This is a shift-based role, working Monday - Friday 6am to 2pm. This may include ad-hoc evening and weekends shifts.
- You will be responsible for co-ordinating and overseeing all cleaning and disinfection activities, working with both external contractors and RoslinCT’s internal teams to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly cleans are completed.
- Review cleaning forms, logbooks and other records weekly, and completed in accordance with Good Documentation Practice.
- Liaise with Supply Chain in respect of raw material requirements and planning.
- Maintain accurate stock control of cleaning equipment, inventory, and chemicals.
- Work closely with external contractors to adjust / align contract as appropriate due to business needs.
- Ensure all cleaning operations are carried out in line with RoslinCT’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Onboard and train new members of staff, and coordinate refresher trainings for existing staff.
- Proven experience in line management, with the ability to lead, support, and develop a team effectively.
- Hands-on experience in a cGMP cleanroom environment or a similar regulated, controlled setting.
- Strong IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, maintaining strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in record-keeping and documentation.
- Excellent organisational and planning abilities, able to manage priorities, plan ahead, and consistently deliver to deadlines.
- Adaptable and flexible approach, with the ability to respond effectively to changing priorities and short-term business needs.
