Role: Support WorkersHours of work: Full time or part time - hours to be discussed at interviewRate of Pay:Location: Liverpool, MerseysideRole Description:We are actively seeking support workers for St Joseph’s located in the Liverpool area. Our facility specializes in providing care and assistance to adults aged 18 to 65 who are living with acquired brain injuries, neurological disorders, or physical disabilities. This role presents a remarkable opportunity to aid individuals in their rehabilitation journey, empowering them to achieve greater independence in their daily lives.Experiences & Skills:
  • Proven experience in supporting individuals with Acquired Brain Injuries and rehabilitation needs.
  • Skilled in delivering person-centred care tailored to individual requirements. - Proficient in utilizing communication aids to enhance client interaction.
  • Strong commitment to providing exceptional care to clients.
  • Willingness to pursue training for a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Health & Social Care, fully funded by Nugent.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude in all aspects of care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively.
  • Effective communication skills to foster relationships with clients and their families.
  • Dedication to continuous professional development and improvement in care practices.
