- Lead integrated campaigns across email, paid and organic social, SEO/SEM, partnerships, and experiential marketing
- Manage all marketing functions: digital, content, social, PR, membership, and communications
- Translate strategic plans into impactful campaigns that connect with guests, members, and stakeholders
- Oversee the full lifecycle of marketing projects, from scheduling and budgeting to execution and evaluation
- Mentor a small marketing team and recruit freelance or additional support as needed
- Analyse performance using digital tools, reporting insights and driving improvements
- Manage budgets and negotiate with third-party vendors and partners
- Proven experience in multi-channel marketing within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment (entertainment, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors ideal)
- A strong grasp of digital tools, CRMs, and campaign automation platforms
- Creative flair combined with strategic thinking and attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A confident leader who thrives in collaborative environments and can juggle multiple priorities with ease
- Calm under pressure and flexible to the demands of a vibrant, late-night operation
