- Managing projects or work packages within larger projects, ensuring successful delivery
- Planning and controlling projects to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets
- Acting as the primary contact for customers regarding project delivery
- Setting up, monitoring, and managing projects throughout their lifecycle
- Leading project meetings, including start-ups, daily stand-ups, reviews, and gate reviews
- Collaborating with teams to establish budgets and quality expectations
- Experience in project management, even if it's from a supporting role (such as Project Coordinator or Junior PM)
- Knowledge or background in manufacturing/engineering (preferred but not essential)
- An APM Project Management qualification (or a willingness to work towards one)
- Proficiency in MS Project
