- Checking in with every department to ensure they are fully functional staff-wise and have everything required for a successful shift
- Aesthetic standards walk round of all members areas between the start and completion of your shift
- Maintenance of aesthetic standards throughout the shift, highlighting deficiencies to departmental managers to address
- Hand over from and to the previous or incoming Duty Manager at the beginning and end of each shift
- Review all arrivals/departures/stay over guests for the day for special requirements and other information
- Review daily snapshot for pertinent/actionable information from the previous day/shift
- Host and lead morning/evening management briefings, ensuring good attendance and relevant information is communicated
- First port of call for member issues when an issue needs to be escalated beyond the departmental manager
- Be present and assist in key members areas during peak service times - including but not limited to F&B outlets, desks, room checks and accommodation
- Constant member checks throughout the day across site gaining feedback and making sure expectations are met
- Ongoing checks on the teams throughout the shift ensuring that they are able to complete their duties, deadlines and are happy in their work
- Liaise with membership team throughout shift to ensure sufficient member engagement
- Build strong relationships with all HODs in all departments and be their main point of contact for day to day business needs
- Use of Know cross PMS system for maintenance job & glitch reporting
- Deal with any emergency situations that arise during the day
- 1-2 years' experience in a busy hospitality business
- Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy

- Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required
- Varying shift times across the seven days, to include working evenings, weekends, opens & closes
