You’ll be an instrumental part of the CRM department’s transformation, focusing on customer-centric approaches and personalised communications for a pillar of specialised campaigns. The emphasis will be on orchestrating campaigns that transcend traditional boundaries, leveraging email, push notifications, on-site, and in-app targeted content, as well as audience creation for performance channels.We’ve carved a meerkat-shaped niche and we’re looking for ambitious, curious thinkers who thrive in a fast-moving, high-impact environment. - Creation, organisation, and execution of CRM campaigns, ensuring that each campaign is crafted and aligned with strategic objectives.
- Harness the power of data to inform campaign strategies, ensuring that campaigns are precisely tailored to resonate with target audiences and optimised for performance.
- Leverage tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud & MovableInk to augment the quality, reach, and personalisation (through dynamic content) of CRM campaigns.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis to gauge campaign performance, distilling insights that can be leveraged for the refinement of future campaigns.
- Collaborate seamlessly with various internal teams or agile delivery squads, ensuring that campaigns are coherent, aligned, and collectively driving toward overarching organisational goals with hands on hands-on lead of the creation of world-class CRM campaigns.
- High level of proficiency in CRM principles, strategies, tools and technologies, and their application in crafting exceptional campaign experiences.
- Proven ability to develop strategic campaign plans that align with business goals and customer needs, with a focus on creativity and innovation across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to analyse data and customer insights to assess campaign effectiveness and drive future campaign development
- Ability to work on multiple complex campaigns.
