Job DescriptionAccount ManagerSalary: £55k basic + £15k bonus + £6k Car allowanceLocation: RemotePersonal ProfileYou will be responsible for developing strategic relationships within existing clients.You will need to build and maintain these relationships, and those with end users, in order to gain an understanding of the client's business and to maximise the development of new business and retention of existing revenues.You will be fully accountable for activity and results within your base.Key ResponsibilitiesClient AwarenessUsing effective questioning and breadth of research to investigate and stay abreast of political, economic, social and industry specific trends (both telecoms and your clients' industries)Building RelationshipsDeveloping alliances and collaborative opportunities, presenting and demonstrating the benefits of mutual cooperation between Wavenet and your clients.Developing SolutionsGetting to the bottom of issues, forming links between client events and the differing motivations of your client contacts to develop solutions that last and benefit all.Team MemberMaintaining a close relationship with internal support networks both in and outside your own departmentPlanningDevelopment and ongoing use of account plans incorporating strategies for success. Interpretation of account revenue, data and trends to identify opportunities and threats.Sales PerformanceConsistently achieve a monthly sales target through the development of existing accounts.Retention PerformanceConsistently achieve monthly retention targets.Desirable Criteria
  • WLR/SIP/NGN and associated tariffing
  • Data connectivity (DSL, FTTC, EoFTTC, EFM, leased line, P2P, MPLS, SDWAN)
  • UCaaS/PBX
