- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market trends and customer demands.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance against targets, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales within the wood product manufacturing industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
