- City & Guilds 2365 Level 2 and Level 3, or equivalent Qualification in Electrical Engineering
- Recognised and registered Electrical Apprenticeship
- C&G 2382 18th Edition Qualification
- C&G 2391 Level 3 Verification and Periodic Inspection & Testing of Electrical Installations.
- Full current UK Driver's licence
- Proven experience in electrical maintenance services, fault diagnosis and repair.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical circuit drawings and schematics
- Experience working in building services maintenance in healthcare environments.
- Familiar with statutory and regulatory requirements (HTM,HBN, IEE Regulations, Health and Safety at Work etc Act & Regulations)
- Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Strong analytical fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience repairing electrical systems and devices
- Ability to apply safety and infection control protocols in healthcare clinical settings
- Knowledge of NHS HTM, HBN, IEE Regulations and Health and Safety Regulations and Standards
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
