- Oversee ER cases for UKI and Europe
- Conduct internal investigations into potential misconduct
- Advise HR Business Advisors on complaints and disciplinary matters including investigations, disciplinaries and grievances led by HR Business Advisors
- Collaborate with HR Business Advisors on Employee Relations issues
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to develop and facilitate training and sharing cultural observations
- Participate in special projects on a regional and global basis
- Previous experience managing Employee Relations matters in UKI and Europe; ideally experience of regulatory and regulatory reporting environment
- Demonstrable experience in relation to managing high profile, complex employee misconduct cases or complex investigations
- Strong knowledge of employment law across UKI and European countries
- Experience of influencing at all levels of the organisation including senior HR management, Head of Control functions and Senior Business heads
- Critical analysis and ability to distil issues from complex Investigative reports
- Sound judgement and the ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
- Experience of regulatory and regulatory reporting environment
