Do you hold an NVQ or CACHE certificate and are an Early Years practitioner at level 2 or 3? (depending on the experience)What we're looking for:A relevant Level 3 childcare qualification is desirable (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, Early Years Educator).Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to their development.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.A positive, enthusiastic, and proactive approach.Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.Benefits of working with Randstad:
