In the evenings, he enjoys winding down with a drink, which is a familiar and preferred part of his routine.He has a deep interest in military history and proudly displays a collection of memorabilia in his home, including figures, replica items, flags, and unique ornaments. He also enjoys collecting unusual and quirky items that reflect his individual personality and passions.Social connection plays a key role in the client's wellbeing. He responds well to warm, respectful interactions and benefits from consistent, trusting relationships with his support team. A strong rapport not only helps meet his care needs but also supports his independence and reduces the risk of self-neglect.Your Role at a GlanceReady for a rewarding live-in role where your support means everything? Join us for 7-10 day assignments, providing one-to-one care for a kind, nature-loving client who has experienced a spinal cord injury. You'll live and work in their home, helping them stay comfortable, independent, and engaged in the things they enjoy.What you'll be doing:Providing personal care with dignity and compassionSupporting safe hoist transfersMonitoring skin health due to extended time in bedA few extra details:No pets in the homeThe client loves wildlife - you'll help feed garden birds and squirrels each day, and leave food out in the evening for visiting foxesYour Schedule7- 10 days living and working in the clients homeBreaks to work around your lifestyleThoughtfully arranged to ensure smooth transitions and consistent careWhat you'll BringA kind soul with reliability and genuine care at your coreFantastic communication and the flexibility to adapt with graceWhy You'll Love Working With Us:
