
Occupational Therapist

- Provide leadership and professional supervision to a team of occupational therapists.
- Work collaboratively with social care colleagues, health professionals, education staff, and voluntary agencies to support children and young people with complex needs.
- Carry a small caseload of children with the most complex needs, with a focus on clinical expertise in housing adaptations, specialist equipment, and promoting independence.
- Contribute to service development, ensuring our practice remains innovative, child-centred, and evidence-based.
- Support and develop staff through supervision and training.
- Significant post-qualification experience, preferably with children and families.
- Strong leadership and supervision skills, with the ability to inspire and support colleagues.
- Excellent communication and partnership-working skills.
- A passion for promoting inclusion, independence, and wellbeing for disabled children.
