– Oversee the management, allocation, and delegation of cases within the team, ensuring high-quality support.
– Provide line management and support to social workers, enhancing their professional development.
– Work with complex cases in compliance with the Care Act (2014), Mental Capacity Act (2005), and Mental Health Act (1983).
