As a Divisional Clinical Development Nurse (RMN) at Barchester, you'll lead, support and continuously improve the clinical governance and quality of care for patients in their six Mental Health Hospitals across England. You'll be expected to support the performance of each hospital ensuring it performs to the highest clinical standards, reviewing the clinical governance database and KPIs of each home every month, and identifying practical strategies to make sure all regulations are met and ensure they continually improve the care they deliver.Main duties of the jobYou'll support the continual improvement of standards and help implement key actions to address any issues which arise.
