Account Managers – Prestigious FMCG Contracts
We’re looking for two Account Managers to lead exciting new FMCG field marketing partnerships. Home-based with weekly client office travel (London or Uxbridge), £40–50k + bonus + car allowance. As Account Manager, you’ll take the lead in managing client relationships, inspiring and guiding your team, and ensuring delivery that makes a real difference on the shelf and in-store.About the roles
Depending on your experience, you’ll either:Take ownership of a flagship FMCG account, building trusted senior relationships and ensuring delivery excellence.Or lead the launch of a new field marketing contract, setting performance standards and shaping a brand-new team from day one.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as senior account lead, building and maintaining trusted client relationships.Lead, coach, and manage a team to deliver KPIs and field excellence.Shape and execute strategy that drives performance, value, and measurable results.Take ownership of reporting, financial planning, and operational effectiveness.Use your FMCG and grocery knowledge to spot opportunities and create added value.Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver retail brilliance in-store and on-shelf.About youExperienced in account management and team leadership within FMCG, grocery, or field marketing.Proven commercial acumen with the ability to balance client satisfaction, profitability, and performance.Dynamic, high-energy, and confident in engaging clients at senior level.A natural people leader who can motivate, coach, and drive performance.Field-first mindset — you know what great retail execution looks like and how to deliver it.Experience with alcohol or lifestyle brands would be an advantage.Location & TravelThese are home-based roles with weekly travel to client offices (Central London or Uxbridge) and national travel as required.
