With support from the Regional Sales Manager and the wider B-F Team you will take on the responsibility of crafting and delivering bespoke sales and activation plans working with some of the most influential on-trade venues in the world.Pivotal to this role will be a proven track record of personal accomplishment within an FMCG environment, a high level of understanding of sales and advocacy, as well as the ability to drive a premium portfolio with a long term strategy. You will have the ability to establish and maintain an effective network within the sector at a local level and the tenacity to identify and seize genuine opportunity.What You Can ExpectBusiness PartneringDevelop and evolve first class business relationships with all customersRegular Trade Visits and attendance of relevant customer meetingsDevelop and execute time bound work plan of Customer meetings including account visits plan uploaded to the salesforce platformWork with Customer to agree and deliver Joint Business PlansDetect areas of opportunity and new openings to approach and sign up to build our portfolioBuild strong internal relationships across Brown-Forman’s UK operationWork with the brand teams, category insights, finance and supply chain teams among others to effectively deliver growth and business development within defined venuesBe a key On-Trade point of contact for the business attending events and building key relationships at appropriate events and activities on territoryLead by example in line with Brown-Forman Corporate and Social responsibility guidelinesCommercial & Strategic PlanningDemonstrate volume and value growth in line with key KPIsNegotiate and renew annual and seasonal commercial agreements with account(s)Manage budget for your account base to exceed objectivesSign up new business that are a good fit for our Signature portfolioUtilise data and work with the On Trade Category & Trade Marketing team to proactively maximise opportunitiesIncrease Distribution, Visibility, Advocacy & Activation for BF´s signature portfolioUtilise the CRM system fullyComply with all sales processes and toolsOperative ProcessesGain listings of products and ensure the brand availability according to our picture of successMaximize the prominence of our brands at each venueDevelop and execute experiences and/or brand activities that encourage trial and uptakeEnsure each customer receives the correct level and service of brand and category educationEnsure that the pricing strategy of our brands is correctly implemented in each accountEffective planning and control of the company's budget and resourcesDaily/ Weekly update of the information of all accounts in the systemsMonitoring and reporting of own activities and competitionMonitoring and complying with administrative activities of the channelWhat You Bring to the TableSpecific knowledge of the On TradeEstablished network within On TradeUnderstanding of Route To Market and wider On Trade dynamicsKnowledge of premium spirits categories and brand educationStand out, progressive sales experienceAbility to quickly unlock insights from data and use them to drive growth with accountsDepth of experience in customer negotiations at key account levelStrong Business Acumen, P&L experienceWhat Makes You UniquePrior Experience with other luxury FMCG industriesWho We AreWe believe great people build great brands.
