- Manage a portfolio of high-value clients, including entrepreneurs, public figures, executives, and UHNW families.
- Provide expert guidance on insurance programmes covering high-value homes, estates, prestige vehicles, fine art, jewellery, travel, and other personal assets.
- Conduct client meetings in-person and virtually, often in clients' homes, offices, or family offices.
- Work closely with internal broking and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and documentation handling.
- Develop new client relationships through referral, professional introducers (e.g., wealth managers, solicitors), and high-end networking opportunities.

- A credible and experienced Private Clients/HNW Account Executive, ideally with exposure to the London or South East market.
- A proven ability to manage and grow relationships with HNW clients through a high-touch, consultative approach.
- Discretion, professionalism, and strong communication skills - comfortable engaging with clients at all levels.
- Experience placing complex risks across HNW home, motor, contents, valuables, and associated covers.
- Familiarity with insurers such as Chubb, Hiscox, AIG, Aviva Private Clients, and Zurich Private Clients is highly advantageous.<
