- Lead, develop, and motivate the AD24 Parts finance team to deliver high-quality financial information and analysis
- Leadership and management of the AD24 Receivables team
- Prepare monthly management accounts in line with group reporting timelines and policies
- Support the Group Finance team with inputs for quarterly NFI Group financial statements
- Ensure compliance with NFI Group accounting policies and ICFR (Internal Controls over Financial Reporting) standards
- Act as the lead finance partner to the AD24 Executive Director, providing strategic financial advice
- Collaborate with Parts Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to evaluate margin, pricing and inventory strategies.
- Deliver insightful analysis and commentary on divisional performance, highlighting risks and opportunities
- Present KPIs and business metrics (e.g. gross margin, stock takes, fill rate, obsolescence) to support operational decisions
- Lead the monthly rolling forecast and annual operating plan (AOP) for the AD24 Parts division
- Provide clear variance analysis and bridges to prior forecasts and budgets
- Review and challenge assumptions to ensure robust, data-driven planning
- Support forecasting for Payroll and Fixed Assets
- Maintain and enhance financial control processes in line with group standards
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of key financial provisions (e.g. PPM - Pence per mile and R & M - Repair & Maintenance)
- Manage intercompany parts transfers and transfer pricing with non-UK subsidiaries
- Support internal and external audits as required
