- Establish scalable processes, systems, and documentation
- Identify and resolve risks, blockers, and inefficiencies
- Promote continuous improvement across workflows and operations
- Oversee daily delivery of campaigns across various channels
- Lead scoping, resourcing, scheduling, and supplier onboarding
- Ensure consistent quality across all outputs
- Provide regular updates, reports, and timelines to stakeholders
- Line manage and mentor team members
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and professional development
- Maintain a collaborative, accountable working culture
- Work closely with internal teams to bring creative ideas to life
- Build strong client relationships, guiding them throughout project lifecycles
- Translate client objectives into actionable delivery plans
- Manage budgets across multiple projects
- Work with finance and operations teams to track and forecast spend
- Oversee production tools and equipment needs
- Senior delivery, production, or operations experience in a creative, marketing, or brand experience agency
- Track record of leading complex, multi-platform campaigns from pitch to execution
- Strong understanding of creative and production workflows
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Monday, or Smartsheet
- Confident communicator and leader with strong problem-solving skills
- Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, AgilePM)
- Experience with global brands in tech, entertainment, or lifestyle sectors
- Knowledge of supplier management and procurement processes
- Background in hybrid or virtual events and physical production
