Are you an experienced delivery and production leader with a passion for creative excellence?We’re looking for a Head of Delivery to join a fast-paced creative agency environment, working remotely from anywhere in the UK. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee the production function across a portfolio of high-impact campaigns for major global brands.Focused on experience-led marketing, you’ll partner with creative, strategy, client services and operations teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving creative environments, bringing operational structure without stifling innovation.About the role...As Head of Delivery, you’ll lead the delivery and production team, translating strategic thinking into tangible experiences. You’ll oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of experiential, digital and integrated campaigns, ensuring seamless workflows and strong collaboration across teams and clients.Key responsibilities...Strategic and operational leadership
  • Own the delivery roadmap across multiple projects and workstreams
  • Establish scalable processes, systems, and documentation
  • Identify and resolve risks, blockers, and inefficiencies
  • Promote continuous improvement across workflows and operations
Production management
  • Oversee daily delivery of campaigns across various channels
  • Lead scoping, resourcing, scheduling, and supplier onboarding
  • Ensure consistent quality across all outputs
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and timelines to stakeholders
Team Leadership
  • Line manage and mentor team members
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and professional development
  • Maintain a collaborative, accountable working culture
Collaboration & Client Engagement
  • Work closely with internal teams to bring creative ideas to life
  • Build strong client relationships, guiding them throughout project lifecycles
  • Translate client objectives into actionable delivery plans
Budgeting & Resource Management
  • Manage budgets across multiple projects
  • Work with finance and operations teams to track and forecast spend
  • Oversee production tools and equipment needs
What we're looking for...Essential Skills & Experience
  • Senior delivery, production, or operations experience in a creative, marketing, or brand experience agency
  • Track record of leading complex, multi-platform campaigns from pitch to execution
  • Strong understanding of creative and production workflows
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Monday, or Smartsheet
  • Confident communicator and leader with strong problem-solving skills
Bonus Points
  • Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, AgilePM)
  • Experience with global brands in tech, entertainment, or lifestyle sectors
  • Knowledge of supplier management and procurement processes
  • Background in hybrid or virtual events and physical production
