Start: ASAPWe are recruiting on behalf of Oxfordshire County Council for a MASH Social Worker to join their highly regarded Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment where early and effective safeguarding decision-making is at the core of practice.Key Responsibilities:Triage and assess new safeguarding referrals from professionals and the publicUse multi-agency information sharing to determine levels of risk and thresholdsMake timely decisions on next steps, including signposting, early help, or statutory interventionWork collaboratively with partner agencies including police, education, and health servicesMaintain accurate records and contribute to a robust safeguarding responseSafeguarding Approach:
