Job DescriptionTQR are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a shopfitting background to join one of our clients growing teams. This is a hands on leadership role for someone with solid experience in shopfitting and a passion for delivering outstanding fit outs on time and on budget.As Site Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations on site, working mostly in a team of 4 people ensuring shop fitouts are completed under schedule, ensuring health & safety compliance, and maintaining high standards of workmanship.What You'll Need:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in site management
Strong background in joinery/shopfitting/Carpentry
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Proven track record of delivering fast-paced fit-outs
SMSTS / SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification (essential)
Full UK Driving Licence
Responsibilities:
Manage site operations and daily activities
Ensure compliance with H&S regulations
Monitor progress, quality, and deadlines
Report to Contracts Manager daily/weekly
