- Proven experience as an Estimator in the joinery or fit-out industry.
- Strong knowledge of joinery processes, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and work to deadlines effectively.
