Being part of our ETM family you must live by our EPIC values of Excellence, Passion, Integrity and Challenge, and you must be able to transmit these within the team.ABOUT YOUProven hospitality leadership: Previous General Manager experience in a premium or luxury hospitality environment is highly advantageous.Sales & business development expertise: A minimum of 3-5 years in a senior sales or business development role, ideally within the hospitality or leisure sector.Industry background: Must have an experience within a high-end hospitality brands.Extensive industry network: Possesses strong business relationships across the London hospitality scene.Outstanding communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.Executive collaboration: Confident in managing up and liaising effectively with senior stakeholders and ownership.Proactive leadership: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.
