The aim is to ensure that we offer quality support to our Partnership, through the effective and efficient use of specialist knowledge.Who are we looking for:Someone who flourishes with bringing structure, clarity, and calm to complex challenges. A collaborative team player who takes personal ownership, ensures seamless delivery, and contributes to a joined-up and professional experience.What you'll be doing:
  • Supporting the delivery of all business projects and initiatives
  • Organisation of large and small events nationally
  • Collaborate and have an active voice into policy and process improvements, suggesting solutions to enhance our proposition for the Partnership Teams
  • Consult and build relationships with our Partnership employees, business owners, paraplanner and administrative support teams.
  • Co-ordination of resource and admin requests
  • Support and coordinate projects and within the wider Partnership business unit.
Essential Criteria
  • Demonstrable Microsoft Office Proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Knowledge of data and reporting and experienced in collecting data from multiple sources and producing meaningful insights
  • Knowledge of event and project coordination and systems
Desirable Criteria
  • Experience of creating digital communications for a wide variety of audiences
  • Knowledge of policy and process improvements
  • PowerBI or Tableau
  • Exposure to a consumer duty or finance industry
