- The Admission Officer at LCCA plays a crucial role in assessing and selecting prospective students through structured interviews.
- The ideal candidate will evaluate applicants based on academic qualifications, career aspirations, and suitability for LCCA's programmes while ensuring alignment with the institution's values and admission policies.
- This position requires strong communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to provide prospective students with insights into LCCA's offerings and expectations.
- The Admissions Interview Officer also acts as a key representative of LCCA, fostering positive engagement with applicants and guiding them through the interview process.

- Engage with prospective students to understand their academic background, interests, and career goals.
- Conduct thorough assessments of applications and portfolios where applicable.
- Provide guidance to applicants on course selection and admissions procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of LCCA's academic offerings, faculty, and student support services.
- Assist in organizing and participating in admissions events, open days, and recruitment fairs.
- Conduct structured interviews with prospective students to assess their academic background, artistic potential, and career goals.
- Evaluate applicants based on predefined criteria, ensuring fair and objective selection.
- Provide prospective students with information about LCCA's courses, faculty, and campus culture.
- Assess applicants' motivation, commitment, and understanding of their chosen program.
- Document and maintain accurate records of interviews and assessments.
- Work closely academic departments to finalise admission decisions.
- Offer constructive feedback to candidates where necessary and guide them through the application process.
- Ensure compliance with LCCA's admissions policies and UK higher education regulations.
- Participate in open days, orientation events, and recruitment fairs to support student engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, academic program developments, and competitor institutions.
- This role will require occasional national/international travel to attend events in support of institutional priorities or professional development

- Bachelor's degree in education arts, Business, or a related field
- Master's preferred in Arts, Business, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and student databases.
- Knowledge of UK higher education regulations and admission policies.
- Experience in student admissions, within an academic institution.
- Knowledge of UK education systems and student mobility trends.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in UK higher education admissions.
