Gi Group are working with a leading business within their sector in Andover. Due to increased growth year on year, they are recruiting for a Machine Operative to join their team. This company boasts great career progression, ongoing training, and a competitive salary.This would be the ideal opportunity for someone who is looking for either a temporary to permanent position, or extra money up until Christmas.You will start by being trained on the day shift for approximately 3 weeks, then move over to nights until the end of the year. You will then be given the opportunity to gain a permanent contract on the day shift should you want it.Duties
  • Load machine with products.
  • Ensure machine is running smoothly, adjusting if there are any errors.
  • Use pump trucks, or forklift if qualified to move finished products.
  • Print out labels to ensure traceability.
  • Quality check finished goods by weighing and stress testing (full training provided)
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
