- Collaborate with designers and art directors to bring creative concepts to life in digital and print formats.
- Produce high-quality artwork that adheres to brand guidelines and project specifications.
- Prepare designs for various outputs, ensuring consistency and accuracy in colour and layout.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept through to delivery within specified deadlines.
- Quality Assurance
- Conduct thorough quality checks on all artworks ensuring attention to detail.
- Identify and resolve artwork discrepancies before the final approval.
- Ensure correct file naming, organization, and packaging for archiving.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with designers and brand team to clarify project briefs and discuss best practices.
- You will be open and willing to attend sustainability training relevant to your role and soak up recommended research and reading about sustainability issues
- Proven experience as an Integrated Designer or similar role in a creative design agency.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite inc Photoshop, illustrator, After Effects and Premiere.
- Experience of working across online banners (static and animated), social media posts (primarily Instagram and Facebook), print materials, illustration and branding initiatives.
- Motion and video skills using After Effects & Premiere.
- Acute attention to detail and commitment to precision and quality.
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- A portfolio showcasing meticulous artwork and design execution.
