- 70%: Creating original motion content that pushes aesthetic boundaries — from 3D UI animations to storytelling reels with a futuristic edge.
- 30%: Shaping and managing our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook,LinkedIn, X ), including post planning, captioning, trends, and growth strategy.
- Design and animate captivating motion graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and web.
- Create short-form video content, including:
- Product UI showcases (3D interactions, immersive design systems)
- Vision reels and cinematic teasers
- Launch trailers and behind-the-scenes development breakdowns
- Use AI-enhanced workflows to accelerate and experiment with content production.
- Own visual consistency and storytelling across all posts.
- Plan and schedule content across social channels.
- Craft and post engaging, high-context captions and hashtags.
- Track performance and iterate on strategy (growth, engagement, reach).
- Stay on top of platform trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Coordinate with product and marketing teams for timing launches and content beats.
- Proficient in After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent video editing and animation tools.
- Experience with 3D design and animation software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or Unreal.
- Strong understanding of motion design principles, cinematic timing, and pacing.
- Ability to animate product UIs and design elements in 2D and 3D environments.
- Solid eye for layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and brand coherence.
- Comfortable working with UI design assets and integrating Figma prototypes into motion work.
- Experience creating content that highlights design systems, spatial interactions, or immersive UI.
- Familiar with tools like Notion, Buffer, Later, or similar for content planning and scheduling.
- Ability to write and adapt content for different platform formats and tones.
- Understanding of social media growth mechanics, analytics, and performance iteration.
- Bonus: Familiarity with AI-enhanced creative tools like Runway, Midjourney, or Pika Labs.
- 3+ years of experience in a hybrid role covering both motion design and content strategy, ideally in a design, architecture, creative tech, or SaaS environment. Or 3+ years of experience as a Graphic designer with strong interest in 3d techniques and Social Media strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to independently own and deliver creative content across both video and social platforms.
- Proven track record of producing high-quality motion graphics, especially in UI/UX, spatial, or 3D contexts.
- Experience working in fast-paced or early-stage teams with high visual and brand standards.
- Strong portfolio showing a blend of visual creativity, technical execution, and storytelling.
