We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our team in Chippenham, supporting a client with Cerebral Palsy and a range of complex health needs. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.Main duties of the jobThe Complex Care Assistant will be responsible for providing personal care and mobility support, supporting with PEG (enteral) feeding, assisting with bedtime routines, and promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction. The successful candidate will have experience supporting individuals with complex care needs, including enteral (PEG) feeding, administration of medication, and Cerebral Palsy.
