- 42.5 hours per week - Day shifts only, with overtime available (paid at time and a half)
- £43,000 OTE (£37k basic plus bonus & overtime)
- Service, maintain, and repair a mixed fleet of vans and cars
- Ensure all vehicles are safe, roadworthy, and legally compliant
- Carry out diagnostics and fault-finding
- Complete work to the highest standard in line with health and safety procedures
- Keep accurate service and repair records
- Support colleagues and share technical expertise
- Undertake training to enhance skills, including Hybrid/EV repair and specialist equipment
- Fully qualified Level 3 Vehicle Technician / Mechanic OR Level 2 with at least 3 years' workshop experience
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Ability to work efficiently within a team environment
- A proactive attitude towards training and development
- High attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Bonus scheme - up to 8% of salary (not time saved)
