- Being recognised as a point of contact for all Quality issues in the area.
- Providing coaching and support to all team members when performing Quality actions.
- Identifying opportunities to improve Quality and implementing plans to deliver that improvement.
- Coordinating data reporting and sharing best practice across the area.
- Liaise with all Support functions on behalf of the area for all Quality matters.
- Strong experience of working in a quality, business improvement or Manufacturing Engineering role.
- Strong customer focus.
- Ability to effectively influence and challenge appropriately at all levels.
- Ability to lead cross-functional and multi-skilled teams is essential.
- Understanding how organisations work and ability to use both formal channels and informal networks to get things done.
- Self-management of time keeping, daily prioritising and focusing on Blue Chips is key to ensure basics are covered.
