- Building strong relationships with owner-managed business clients and continue to offer a quality trusted advisor service.
- Monitoring developments in the accounting marketplace to help retain competitiveness and efficiency of service provision.
- Playing a pivotal role in Business Development activities and looking to build/retain a good network of local contacts to aid service line growth.
- Work with senior management to develop and grow the team - this will include the recruitment and coaching of staff, along with succession planning.
- Collaborate with the head of service line and other Partners to formulate and deliver a strong accounting and advisory services strategy across the organisation.
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with experience of working within a business services environment.
- Strong business development skills.
- Good current knowledge of developments in the market with particular reference to cloud-based systems and outsourcing opportunities.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills.
- Passion for developing others and sharing knowledge.
