- As the Buying Admin Assistant, you'll be the go-to-person for the critical path, tracking timelines and ensuring every stage of the product lifecycle runs smoothly and efficiently.
- You'll take ownership of sample management, from organisation and tracking to preparing samples for meetings, ensuring everything is in the right place at the right time.
- You'll actively contribute to analysing competitor activity and the latest seasonal trends, helping us stay ahead of the curve and inform our future Whistles collections.
- As the Buying Admin Assistant, you'll play a key role in coordinating and preparing for range sign-off meetings, managing our systems and processes that keep our department moving forward seamlessly.
- Immersing yourself in the Whistles brand, you'll gain deep knowledge of our business and actively contribute to the creation of a profitable range.
- A commercial mindset and a desire to contribute to the success of the Hobbs brand.
- Resourceful communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with colleagues and suppliers.
