NEONATAL UNITBAND 6 NEONATAL SISTER/CHARGE NURSE - 12 months Fixed Term ContractAre you seeking a new and exciting opportunity to work in our Neonatal Unit at Russell's Hall Hospital, with additional chances to rotate to our adult critical care unit and theatres?We are looking for registered nurses to join our innovative, compassionate, and family-focused neonatal team. The ideal candidate will be qualified in their specialty with experience in delivering high-quality care for intensive care, high dependency, and special care babies and their families.We are seeking a highly motivated nurse who can develop managerial skills, support junior colleagues, and assist the multidisciplinary team in decision-making and planning. Strong communication skills and the ability to drive service improvements are essential.The neonatal unit at Russell's Hall Hospital includes 3 intensive care cots, 2 high dependency cots, 13 special care cots, and 4 transitional care cots.This is an exciting time to join neonatal services at the Dudley Group, where the experiences of our staff, babies, and families are at the heart of our care.Please reach out if you'd like to arrange an informal visit.Main duties of the jobAs a member of the neonatal nursing team, you'll care for sick and preterm babies, handling assessments and providing essential care. You'll work closely with parents and carers to foster healthy family bonding and strengthen parent-baby relationships. Supported by the clinical Band 7 team, you'll manage daily unit operations and enhance your leadership and managerial skills.
