- Dealing with employee relations cases from start to finish
- Lead consultations, including restructures, TUPE, and changes to terms and conditions.
- Deal with all areas of employee relations including grievances, capability, disciplinaries, probation reviews, flexible work requests, absence management start to finish.
- Advise managers on steps to take to deal with HR related issues
- Respond to queries through a shared HR inbox
- Support Associate HR Director overseeing HR Apprentices / Administrators as required
- Process paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Carry out and implement HR projects on an as and when basis.
