Highly competitive salaryYou will be assisting directors to provide taxation advice to clients, while supporting your teams in the delivery of their work and ensuring that operational objectives are met.THE ROLEYour responsibilities as a Private Client Tax Manager will include:
- Manage and develop team members and conduct performance reviews by setting objectives
- Manage a client portfolio, using your knowledge and skills to add essential value to the offering
- Responsibility for overall quality of individual client assignments and production of a complete product with due regard to budget
- Work with other members of your service line to scope out client requirements and ensure that assignments are carried out in a timely manner and within specified budget
- Build a network of potential new clients in order to identify new business opportunities
- Possessing either full CTA, ATT, ACA, or ACCA qualifications or experienced as a Tax Lead
- Must have UK accounting experience
- Must have UK Tax advisory experience
- People management experience
