Your Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to VIP guests
  • Take accurate food and drink orders confidently
  • Recommend and serve wine pairings
  • Present and serve wine and champagne professionally
  • Work collaboratively with a high-performing team
What We're Looking For
  • 18+ years of age
  • At least 12 months of experience in a similar role
  • Confident with tray service, wine handling, and Wine pairings
  • Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, personable, and able to build rapport with guests
  • Must be available for 90% of match days throughout the 2025/26 football season
