- working with customers to resolve reactive incidents, which may include blockages, pollution and flooding (internal and external)
- responsible for accurately collating and submitting feedback information from the site, such as incident forms
- responsible for your own health and safety as well as that of your team and any contractors, customers and the general public
- involved in routine maintenance as well as reactive work.
- experience using single man jetting unit and CCTV equipment
- a QCF in sewerage operations or City & Guilds equivalent is beneficial but not essential, or you will be willing to undertake certification
- confined space trained and Streetworks certification for working on the highway would be an advantage, but is not essential as training can be provided
- basic IT knowledge, including Microsoft Office - full training will be provided for any internal systems
- to hold a valid driving licence. A company vehicle will be provided for your travel
- to be able to work in pressurised environments, 45 hours per week.
