Full-time, Shift RotationA leading global engineering manufacturer based in North Somerset are seeking a number of CNC Operators to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a well-established, high-performance manufacturing environment supporting the aerospace sector.Key Responsibilities:Operate machinery and support manufacturing processes to meet production requirementsWork to stringent aerospace quality standardsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support lean manufacturing practicesMaintain and promote Health & Safety procedures at all timesRequired Skills & Experience:Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environmentAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsHands-on experience with machine operations such as milling, turning, or CNCStrong understanding of tolerances, torque, and measurementsProven ability to work to local quality standards and standardised work proceduresGood numeracy and literacy skillsFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Material Flow)Awareness of Health & Safety practicesReliable, methodical, and safety-conscious work ethicThis role reports to the Line Manager and offers the opportunity to work in a forward-thinking company known for its engineering excellence.
