
Financial Controller

- Oversee day to day operations.
- Developing and implementing the business plan for growth purposes.
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
- Manage all financial functions, co-ordinate the preparation of the financial statements, budgets, and management reports for monthly, and annual review.
- Manage and deal with external stakeholders.
- Management and authorisation of payroll function.
- Oversee ICT function with support from external hardware/ software support partners.
- Work with HR function to ensure all staff performance is optimised and development opportunities are identified and implemented.
- Oversee H&S policies and ensure regulations are implemented and adhered to.
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience in commercial vehicle hire/ logistics/ transport industries desirable
